Blocks Enterprise

Admin Console

On this page

The Admin Console provides centralized management for your entire Blocks Enterprise deployment.

Who can access

Users who belong to an enterprise-admin organization can access the Admin Console tab (alongside Manage and Network tabs) at the top of the page.

Managing organizations

Add and delete organizations across your deployment.

What you can do:

  • Create new organizations for departments, teams, or business units
  • Set a support or contact email for each organization
  • Delete organizations that are no longer needed
  • View all organizations across your deployment
  • The default organization (enterprise-default) cannot be deleted as it's required for user signup and authentication

Managing users

Add and delete users. Invite users to any organization and adjust their permissions.

What you can do:

  • Invite new users to your deployment by email
  • Add existing users to organizations and assign permissions
  • Remove users from organizations or from the entire deployment
  • View all users and their organization memberships

Users must first be added to your deployment before they can be added to an organization. If your deployment has SSO configured with group synchronization, users are automatically added and assigned to organizations based on their identity provider groups when they sign in.

Agents

View all agents registered across your deployment.

SSO / Identity Provider

Configure single sign-on with your identity provider. See SSO / Identity Provider for details.
