Blocks Network LLC, "Blocks.ai", its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its group of companies, ("Blocks" "we", "us" or "our") are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of personal information entered while using the Blocks website, as well as the privacy of data that is processed by Blocks and third party providers, and for users of the Blocks Services. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") communicates how we collect, use, and disclose the Personal Data provided. This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information that is processed on behalf of our customers when providing Blocks Services, and such customer end users should direct their concerns to the customers who collected their information.
2. By visiting this website and using the Blocks Services, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you provide any personal data to Blocks, you represent that you have the authority to do so or have obtained the necessary consent to share other individuals' personal data for processing. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy periodically by updating this page or by posting a new version on this website, and encourage you to check this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. This Privacy Policy supersedes any earlier version.
Information we collect and receive.
1. Blocks Service and Registration. Blocks may collect and use personal data in various ways and for different purposes. When you sign up for the Blocks Services, visit or interact with social media networks, our affiliates, we collect personal identifiers such as your name, email address, organization name, and other contact information. We also collect your payment information as well as other information required to configure, use, pay for, and receive support for the Blocks Services, along with your IP address, the time you visited, and cookies (collectively, "Customer Information"). Blocks uses the information collected to provide Services, fulfill a contract, conduct business, or pursue its legitimate interests.
2. Cookies. A cookie is a piece of information that our web server sends to your computer or device (or your browser file) when you access a website. Thereafter, when you return to our site, it will detect whether you have one of our cookies on your computer or device. Our cookies help provide additional functionality to the site and help us analyze site usage more accurately. We use both our own and third-party cookies for statistical purposes and to improve our website. You can set some of your own Cookie preferences or disable them, but doing so may affect the functionality of the Service, including notifications. Please review our Cookie Policy.
3. IP Address. When you visit our website, we collect IP address information in order to provide you with more relevant content.
Use of personal information.
1. Use. The information we collect is used for various purposes, such as:
- Provide Services. We may contact you to provision the Blocks products or services, provide customer support, track site usage, and assist with website account session authentication and identification when you visit our site.
- Communicate with you about our services. The information collected is used to provide you with the information you request and to respond to your inquiries. Your email address will be used to notify you of critical updates, account information, and news or announcements that may be of interest to you, or to communicate and administer participation in programs, events, and surveys.
- Process Payments. We may use your Personal Data, such as contact data, to administer our business activities and carry out our obligations arising from any contracts between you and us.
- Improve our Services. The information is also used to improve our website, your website experience, our services, products, offerings, troubleshooting, usage analytics, and the overall performance of our services.
- Support Security. We use the information to comply with and maintain our compliance with applicable laws and standards, or to investigate and prevent security issues and abuse. Additionally, such information may be used to respond to law enforcement requests as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations.
- Market our products and services. We may use your information to send promotional communications that may be of specific interest to you and your organization, including information about new features, and to drive engagement.
- Artificial Intelligence. We may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and similar technologies to provide, maintain, support, and improve our services and user experience, including to analyze data and develop and deploy systems that enhance and optimize our offerings, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. This may include interactions with AI Agents made available by third parties through the Blocks Services.
- AI Agents and Third-Party Providers. The Blocks Network enables users to interact with AI Agents developed, owned, or operated by third-party AI Agent Providers or Builders. When you interact with an AI Agent, any data you submit (including prompts, inputs, or other content) may be transmitted to and processed by the applicable AI Agent Provider or Builder. Blocks does not control and is not responsible for how such third parties collect, use, store, or otherwise process personal data. AI Agent Providers and Builders are independently responsible for their own data processing practices. Users should review any applicable privacy policies or terms provided by the relevant AI Agent Provider or Builder before using an AI Agent.
2. Sharing of Information. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any information that you provide with third parties except as required to provide you the Blocks Services and as specified in this Privacy Policy.
Third party disclosure.
1. Blocks customers. We may share information we collect with our third-party data center service providers that assist with operating the Blocks Services. Third-party service providers that we use are required to protect all data provided hereunder as Blocks confidential information, restricting transfer and disclosure to any other third party.
2. Website visitors. As you browse Blocks.ai, advertising cookies and cookies to assist in marketing our services to you will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. Our marketing services partners enable us to present you with information on our services based on your previous interaction with Blocks.com. The techniques our partners employ do not automatically collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, or telephone number. In addition, we use Google, Inc. to collect data to track and examine the use of Blocks.com, to prepare reports on its activities, and share them with other Google services. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. Our websites and services may contain links to other websites, applications, platforms, and services maintained by third parties, and the information practices of these third parties are governed by their respective privacy statement.
3. Payment Processing and Payouts. We may use third-party payment service providers to process payments and facilitate payouts to service providers on our platform. Such uses are subject to the payment providers' separate terms. When payments and payouts are enabled, certain personal data (such as payment information, transaction details, and, where applicable, identity verification information) may be shared with such providers. These payment providers may process personal data both on our behalf and for their own purposes, including compliance with legal obligations, fraud prevention, and risk management. The processing of personal data by such providers is subject to their respective privacy policies.
4. AI Agent Providers and Builders. The Blocks Services enable Users to interact with AI Agents provided by third-party AI Agent Providers or Builders. When you interact with an AI Agent, you submit data (such as prompts or other content) to that AI Agent, which the relevant AI Agent Provider or Builder may process. Blocks provides the infrastructure and interface for such interactions but does not control or determine how AI Agent Providers or Builders process personal data. Such processing is governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective AI Agent Provider or Builder.
5. Attribution. Blocks may identify Customer as a customer of the Blocks Network, including by displaying Customer's name and logo on the Blocks website and in marketing materials, and may publish customer testimonials, to the extent Customer is acting in the course of a business. Where Customer is a consumer (i.e., acting outside of a trade, business, craft, or profession), Blocks may use their name or data with consent as required under applicable data protection laws.
6. Public Forums. Any information you post on any Blocks-provided blog, bulletin board or similar forum may be freely used by Blocks, any Blocks customer, or any other visitor to such forum, and therefore, you shall have no expectation of privacy with any data included in such forum.
7. Required by Law. Blocks reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process. This includes disclosure that is necessary to prevent physical or financial loss to Blocks, its users, or the public as required or permitted by law.
8. Retention. Blocks retains Customer Information for a period consistent with the purpose of the data collection, or where it has a justifiable business need to do so, such as enforcing our agreements or resolving disputes, or unless a longer retention period is required by law.
9. Third Party websites. Blocks websites and services may contain links to other websites, applications, platforms and services maintained by third parties. Blocks does not control these. The information practices of those third parties are governed by their own privacy statements. It is recommended that you read the applicable privacy statements carefully. This includes third-party Builders whose services may be accessible through the Blocks Services.
10. Do Not Track. Blocks does not respond to 'Do Not Track' browser signals or other mechanisms. Third parties may collect personal information about your online activities over time and across sites when you visit the Site or use the Blocks Service.
11. Choice - Opt Out. You can choose not to provide certain information, but this may impair your ability to use the Blocks Services. You may opt out of Google Analytics by visiting the Google Analytics opt-out page. To opt out of the marketing tracking, send an email to compliance@Blocks.ai Opt Out Request. Blocks uses Facebook-generated pixels to collect and receive information from you and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads. You can opt out of tracking by clicking here.
Data integrity - data transacted through the Blocks Services.
1. General Purposes. Blocks will use personal information only in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by the individual. With respect to the personal information it collects, Blocks will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is relevant to its intended use.
2. Service Purposes. When third-party providers and developers use the Blocks Services, data is sent ("Published") and received ("Subscribed") through the Blocks Services. Aggregate, non-personally identifiable data published to, and subscribed from, the Blocks Services may be used by Blocks to help with the development, tuning, and scaling of the Blocks Services, including the generation of reports. Reporting is used both for internal use and to provide reports available to the Blocks customer associated with the provided data. Blocks will keep all data private and will not share data with any third parties, except as an aggregate across multiple Blocks customers (for example, advertising the total number of messages sent through the Blocks Service per day). Occasionally, we may use the information collected herein to notify all our customers about new services or special offers.
3. Security. Blocks maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Personal Information. Blocks provides various levels of security and the ability to encrypt data from customers for data Published to the Blocks Services. Please check the Blocks documentation for up-to-date information on the various security levels offered to third-party providers and developers by the Blocks Services. In addition, Blocks takes reasonable measures, including technical, physical, and administrative measures and training, designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized disclosure, access, alteration, and destruction. Blocks safeguards personal information according to established security standards and periodically assesses new technology for methods of protecting information. However, Blocks cannot guarantee the security of personal information.
4. Third Party Providers. If you are a customer of a third-party provided service that is powered by Blocks and have questions about privacy, please contact the third-party provider of the service to inquire about their privacy policy. Additionally, Blocks may process Personal Data in the role of a processor or service provider on behalf of a customer (and/or its affiliates), who is the responsible controller of the applicable Personal Data. If your Personal Data has been submitted to us by or on behalf of a Blocks customer and you wish to exercise any rights you may have under applicable data protection laws, please inquire with the applicable customer directly. Blocks will reasonably assist the customer in responding to such requests where required by applicable law.
5. Customer Support. Blocks uses customer-provided information to provide support, resolve technical issues, respond to assistance requests, and analyze, maintain, repair, and improve the Services. We may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies—including generative AI—to help provide, support, and enhance the Services.
Children.
1. The Blocks website and the Blocks services are not directed to minors. If you are under age 18, or the age of majority in the applicable jurisdiction in which you reside, you may only use the Blocks website and Blocks Services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
Consent.
1. By accessing and using the Blocks website and Blocks Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Blocks website or Blocks Services constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any updates.
Merger and acquisition.
1. Blocks reserves the right to transfer to relevant third parties information in the event of a potential or actual sale or transfer of all or a portion of our business or assets (including in the event of a merger, acquisition, joint venture, reorganization, divestiture, dissolution, or liquidation) or other business transaction. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer or successor of Blocks may continue to use your information as set forth in this policy without additional consent from you, provided such entity agrees to the provisions of this policy.
Changes to privacy policy.
1. If our Privacy Policy or procedures change, we will promptly post those changes to our website. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted, unless otherwise stated in the change. Blocks may share personal information with any entity that is affiliated with us for purposes consistent with this Policy.
Terms of service.
1. Our Terms of Service take precedence over any conflicting Privacy Policy provision contained herein.
Access to your information.
1. You may contact Blocks to request Customer Information held by Blocks in order to correct, amend or delete information that is inaccurate. The Contact information is provided in the Contact Us section below.
International transfers.
1. To the extent required by applicable law, when Blocks transfers personal information to recipients in other countries, Blocks will take measures to protect that information including, as appropriate, by executing data transfer agreements based on applicable regulations, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to article 46 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or by selecting data recipients that are certified to the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Framework Principles or another lawful transfer data transfer mechanism.
2. When we collect personal information about you in connection with offerings, website, apps or services within the EEA, Switzerland, and the UK, our lawful basis for collecting and using the personal information will depend on the information concerned and the context in which we will collect it.
Data Privacy Framework principles.
1. DPF Compliance. Blocks complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-US DPF), and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Blocks has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Blocks has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this Privacy Policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. 2. Onward Transfers and Liability. Blocks may transfer personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy. When Blocks transfers such personal data to a third party acting as a controller, Blocks will comply with the DPF Principles' Notice and Choice Principles and applicable legal requirements. When Blocks transfers such personal data to a third party acting as an agent on Blocks's behalf, Blocks remains liable under the DPF Principles if the agent processes the personal data in a manner inconsistent with the DPF Principles, unless Blocks proves it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
3. FTC Investigatory and Enforcement Authority. Blocks is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) with respect to its compliance with the Data Privacy Framework.
GDPR.
1. Blocks complies with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For purposes of Article 14(2) of the GDPR, Blocks relies on the following lawful basis for processing Personal Data: consent, compliance with law, and legitimate interests.
2. Under GDPR, Blocks acts as a Data Processor vis-a-vis data provided to it through the Blocks services by its Customers.
3. Blocks acts as a Data Controller with regard to data collected as part of its marketing activities.
4. All transfers of data, both internally and from the European Economic Area, are made in accordance with Standard Contractual Clauses or, where applicable, Data Privacy Framework.
US states - additional information.
1. Certain US states have enacted consumer privacy laws granting their residents certain rights and requires additional disclosures.

Dispute resolution.
1. Data Privacy Framework. In compliance with the Data Privacy Framework Principles, Blocks commits to resolving complaints about our collection or use of your personal information and will respond to such complaints within forty-five days.
2. EU and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy policy should first contact Blocks at:

3. Blocks commits to cooperate with and comply with the advice of the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs), the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) with respect to unresolved complaints concerning our handling of human resources data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF in the context of the employment relationship.
4. Verasafe. In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, Blocks commits to referring unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF to Verasafe, an alternative dispute resolution provider based in the EU. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your DPF Principles-related complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your DPF Principles-related complaint to your satisfaction, please visit the link below for more information or to file a complaint. If a privacy complaint or dispute relating to Personal Data received by Blocks Inc. in reliance on the Data Privacy Framework (or any of its predecessors) cannot be resolved through our internal processes, we have agreed to participate in the VeraSafe Data Privacy Framework Dispute Resolution Procedure. Subject to the terms of the VeraSafe Data Privacy Framework Dispute Resolution Procedure, VeraSafe will provide appropriate recourse free of charge to you. 5. Binding Arbitration. If your dispute or complaint related to your Personal Data that we received in reliance on the Data Privacy Framework cannot be resolved by us, nor through the dispute resolution mechanism mentioned above, you may have the right to require that we enter into binding arbitration with you under the Data Privacy Framework "Recourse, Enforcement and Liability" Principle and Annex I of the Data Privacy Framework.
